3 YEARS PRODUCT GUARANTEE

BlindTex provides a one year guarantee on all ready-made-to-measure blinds manufactured by BlindTex and from 1 November 2015 we offer a three year guarantee on all readymade blinds manufactured by BlindTex.

BlindTex maintains very stringent manufacturing techniques to offer a high quality ready-made-to-measure blind.

We are also constantly assessing components and material to improve the workings of our blinds.

BlindTex guarantee that blinds manufactured by us will have no defects in raw material and factory workmanship for a three year period from the date the goods are manufactured.

(Please Note: Some fading / discolouration and/or slight warpage MAY occur over time with some products i.e. Basswood and this is not considered a defect)

BlindTex will repair or replace defective blinds (at our discretion) and will cover the cost of all labour and materials.

Installation of Blinds are guaranteed for one year.

This guarantee does not cover:

1) Misuse of the blind

2) Faults as a result of incorrectly installed blinds if sold under DIY

3) Normal wear and tear on the product

4) Normal Synthetic blinds that have been installed in windows with constant direct sunlight - Ensure that High Heat Synthetic Blinds are used.
